METAL WORKSHOP
Our Metal Workshop is a critical part of Nizam’s vertically integrated manufacturing ecosystem, where precision engineering meets disciplined process control. From product development and sampling through cutting, stitching, cobbling, finishing, assembly, and packing, every stage is executed in-house to ensure consistency, durability, and quality at scale. Skilled technicians work alongside purpose-built machinery to produce metal components and assemblies that meet demanding performance and longevity standards. Guided by structured workflows, rigorous quality checks, and a culture of continuous improvement, our metal workshop enables us to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions that seamlessly integrate with our fabric and wood operations—true to the Nizam Way of working with system, precision, and trust.FABRIC STORE
Our Fabric Store sits at the heart of Nizam’s manufacturing capability, housing a carefully managed range of yarns and woven fabrics that support consistent, high-quality production across all product categories. From yarn handling, doubling, twisting, warping, and weaving to pre-treatment, dyeing, and finishing, materials are stored, tracked, and issued through structured systems that ensure traceability, efficiency, and minimal waste. Controlled storage conditions, batch-wise segregation, and disciplined inventory processes allow us to maintain fabric integrity while supporting uninterrupted production flow. By managing fabrics with the same precision as our manufacturing operations, the fabric store ensures that every product begins with the right material, in the right condition, at the right time—upholding Nizam’s commitment to quality, reliability, and system-driven execution.WHY CHOOSE NIZAM AS YOUR MANUFACTURING PARTNER?
Nizam Relief operates one of the world's most advanced humanitarian manufacturing ecosystems. Our capabilities include in-house weaving, dyeing, finishing, coating, high-frequency welding, stitching, quality testing, and packaging — all under one vertically integrated system designed specifically for large-scale humanitarian production.
Vertical integration allows Nizam Relief to control quality, timelines, and compliance at every stage of production. By managing the full process internally, we eliminate dependency risks, accelerate emergency response, and ensure consistent product performance — even during global supply-chain disruptions.
Nizam Relief operates over 1.2 million square feet of manufacturing space across six facilities, supported by more than 5,000 trained employees and dedicated humanitarian production lines. This scale enables us to deliver tens of thousands of shelters and relief items per month and rapidly scale during emergencies.
Quality assurance is built into our manufacturing process. We maintain in-house testing laboratories for tensile strength, waterproofing, UV resistance, seam durability, and load performance. Our systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, with audit first-pass rates consistently exceeding 98%.
Yes. Nizam Relief maintains a dedicated emergency surge model with pre-positioned raw materials, flexible production lines, and specialized logistics teams. This allows us to mobilize within hours and dispatch critical humanitarian supplies within 48–72 hours when crises occur.
